OUR SHIPPING POLICY
We ship from Collingwood, Australia, Mon-Fri from 9am-5pm AEST. Please allow 1-2 business days from the date of your order confirmation email for us to prepare your order. Once your items are packaged, they will be shipped via Auspost Express.
We ship internationally. Please see shipping costs for further information.
Australian customers will be responsible for return shipping only (An exchanged item shipping via freight will be subject to a return shipping cost).
International customers will be responsible for shipping both ways If you are returning an item over $50 in value, we recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance Please allow 1-3 days for your return to be processed or an exchange to be sent.
