MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

You must be age 18 years or older to enroll. Memberships are non-transferable, non-assignable and non-saleable.

Paid-in-full Discounts

 

When paying for your membership in full, you are able to take advantage of discounts applied on a sliding scale:

 

→ 3 months paid in full 5% off monthly rate

→ 6 months paid in full: 10% off monthly rate

→ 12 months paid in full: 15% off monthly rate

 

 

Membership Holds

 

We do not offer holds on any of our memberships

Membership Cancellations

 

Month-to-Month cancellations require fourteen (14) days advance written notice via email. If your direct debit is set to be deducted within the 14 days notice of cancellation. It will be deducted in its totality.

 

Paid in Full memberships are not subject to any early termination options with exception of death or disability.

 

 

Private Coaching

 

Cancellation Policy : 24 Hours. You will be charged the full amount of the session if you cancel within 24 hours. No exceptions.

 

 

Miscellaneous Penalty Fees

 

→ Direct Debit Dishonour: $5

→ Class “No Show”: $20

→ Class “Late Cancel”: $10 (60 minutes before class start time)
